I think that being able to shoot weddings is quite possibly the best job in the world. My favorite part of a wedding day is capturing candid moments. I always try to keep my eyes peeled for exciting moments between the guests, the wedding party and the couple. It is also very important to me to make sure that I have captured all requested photos, as I know your wedding day is a once-in-a-lifetime event that you have planned to celebrate your love with all of your closest friends and family.

I am incredibly blessed to have had the opportunity to shoot weddings with SB Photography and Design for the past several years. It is truly a unique opportunity to preserve your memories in photos you can treasure for years to come. I look forward to working with you to capture your day and to assist with making your wedding day go smoother.  It has been a privilege to work with each and every one of my couples and I can’t wait to get to know you better!

Would you rather have unlimited sushi for life or unlimited tacos for life?
Hard decision… but I’m going to have to go with tacos.

Would you rather go 30 days without your phone or your entire life without dessert?
30 days without my phone… easiest question ever 🙂

If you could talk to one species of animal, what would it be?
Dogs, definitely. I frequently talk to my dog but would love it if she could me answer back (don’t judge, I know you do it too, haha!)

Would you rather be considered extremely lazy and have lots of friends or extremely successful and have one friend?
Extremely successful with one friend, one good friend is all you need in life 🙂

What’s the first career you dreamed of having as a kid?
I wanted to be a dance teacher/ hair dresser/ fashion designer… all at once, of course.

What animal if made elephant sized would be most terrifying?
Spiders, definitely spiders.

How much money would someone have to pay you to eat a live spider?
There is not enough money in the world…

If you could live anywhere, where would it be?
I would want to live in an over the water bungalow in Bora Bora. Sometimes I wonder why I live in Wisconsin…

What motivates you to work hard?
Just pretending it’s my wedding day keeps me on my toes, ensuring I capture every moment for you! 🙂

What would you do if you won the lottery?
I’d be sure everyone I care about was sittin’ pretty, then I would get myself an over the water bungalow in Bora Bora (as you can see, I’m pretty hooked on this plan).

Are you a clean or messy person?
Ask my husband, haha… I struggle with keeping things clean. I just had a baby so I have an excuse but not so much for the other 26 years of my life, lol.

Do you collect anything?
Opi nail polishes. I almost have every color you could ever want, then the next season’s collection comes out 🙂

Wow, is all I can say. Seriously, these photos are absolutely STUNNING!!!! I can’t even comprehend that these pictures are actually from my wedding – so so so so beautiful. I have not stopped looking at them ever since you sent me the link! It’s making it really hard to pick a favorite because they’re literally all my favorite! I can’t get over how greatly you captured our happiness. The reception pictures crack me up… everybody having fun! Ah! I just cannot get over it. Thank you so so so much for being my photographer!!! I recommend you guys 10000000000 times! They’re absolutely perfect in every way.
